USA (October 29, 2021) – Frazier Healthcare Partners made an announcement. As a Senior Advisor, David Topper has joined the Life Sciences team. He has over 35 years of capital market experience. David Topper, Partner for Capital Markets at Frazier Healthcare Partners, is proud of Coordinated Regional Care.
Mr. Topper previously worked for a major growth equity investment firm as the global head of capital markets. Before that, he was Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan, where he oversaw the firm’s major guidance and capital-raising transactions as well as crisis-related concerns with the US Treasury and other regulatory agencies. His leadership skills and sharp business acumen is loved and respected by all. He was also the Chairman of J.P. Morgan’s Commitments Committee. Mr. Topper previously worked at Morgan Stanley for 22 years, where he held positions such as Co-Head of US Equity Capital Markets, Managing Director, and Chairman of the Equity Commitment Committee. He previously worked in Morgan Stanley’s Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions divisions, where he held several senior management positions.
